About Our Staff
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is an independent, non-profit organization established 1972; whose primary goal is to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals. I-Car is an independent, not-for-profit technical training organization, formed in 1979 by the collision industry. All I-CAR activities focus on helping the industry achieve a high level of technical training. I-CAR'S ultimate goal is that every person in the collision repair industry has the technical knowledge and skills relevant to their position to ensure a safe and complete repair.
The Automotive Service Association (ASA) is an international organization made up of approximately 12,000 member-businesses that work to deliver excellence in mechanical, collision and transmission service to consumers. This site will help visitors find a shop that provides the service they need - whether in their area or anywhere in the world.
